It has been a really bad experience dealing with protect America, since

I lost my job after 1.2 years of the 3 year contract and now I'm stuck for another 2 years without a

reasonable option to get out and cancel the agreement, even thou the

protect America has refused

to cancel my agreement and continue to charge me 29.95, In addition the

customer service continues to be a null point and no other options seem to be available

i do not have the financial means to pay for it 2)

that 3 year contract is not clearly specified in the agreement,

the agreement lacks of a reasonable method to cancel the policy at any

time, it is written to rip-off customers with marketing seduction so

that you sign quickly and online vrs. in person

i wanted to share this story with other people about this, even if you look at the

FAQs in the web site they do not tell you before about a cancellation

policy, they hide this from customers because the agreement is too long.

i would NEVER deal with Protect America ever again they

are a big rip-off. I will spread the word about this I will also report this to GE security.

Do not buy this product!
