A PRODUCT HASN'T BEEN TAKEN BACK

just 2-3 days ago i bought a webcam from this place they said to me it's very good quality but i tried it in all settings but it doesn't matter view is terrible anyway i went there again and i said i want to give it back and i want my money back because of the reason they said no we can't do this because the camera works no problem about that i said yes but it's terriable shall i try before i buy any electronic equirement??? im not pleased please take it they said no again if u want u can buy another thing same price i said i don't need another thing and you haven't another cam same price. who is right?
