Sears deliery system is useless
|
Sears Phoenix, Ar 85021 US A few weeks, ago, I ordered a complete set of kitchen appliances. I told the salesperson that I work afternoons, and that an AM delivery was required. I was told that this would be scheduled later, and it shouldn't be a problem. Next, i was contacted by a delivery rep, and tried AGAIN to explain the need for an AM delivery. I was interrupted, (very rude!) and told that a computer routed delivery. I made multiple attempte to explain this, with the same result every time. Last night, a computer called my phone number, expecting me to be there to schedule. I work evenings! (did i already mention that?) Today, I called the 800 number AGAIN, and the same nonsense. "Computer handles that, we can't assign delivery time..blah blah blah." I asked for a supervisor. After waiting 10 minutes, the phone was simply disconnected. I placed yet another call, and asked for a supervisor. This time, the call was forwrded to a 'delivery specialist' who was yet again, completely UNABLE to scehdule a simple AM delivery. I am spending nearly 2 THOUSAND dollars and Sears is completely unwilling or unable to manually schedule this delivery. If this isn't fixed, and SOON, I will just cancel the entire order and buy from another vendor, one who is willing to LISTEN to a customer and respond with something other than 'the computer handles delivery scheduling.....' ---Angry--- From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Thursday, 15-May-08 12:25:18 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
