CIRCUIT CITY COMPLAINT

Circuit City,

We purchased a tv from Circuit City in Bel Air, MD last year. We then

returned the tv for a refund. After doing so on my bill I noticed that I

was charged for another tv when I took back the first one. The total I

was charged for the purchase I didn't make was $1414.98. I want this

amount refunded to my circuit city card. Who can I speak to directly in

your company who can fix this? I will be paying off the card this month

all except for this balance of an item that I didn't purchase. I will be

forwarding this e-mail to as many company's and news sites as I can

possibly find to help me settle this issue. I would like a phone call

from you. My phone number is 410-671-4sss. This will be settled within a

few days or I will be contacting an attorny. The better business bearuo

is already working on this for me also. I will call every news station

in town and protest in front of your store till this issue is resolved.

I will get a refund of this amount. You can't cheat a honest working

citizen out of his hard earned money.
