Failure to send products paid for

On January 11 I purchased 1 commomorative Medallion and Pin from said company - reciept received from them - order ID - 2983

This has been paid through my VISA charge card at that time.

I have tried calling them and all I get if anyone answers at all is put on hold, I waited over half an hour at least once.

I sent them a letter but never received an acknowledgement.

wish BBB to look into this. I wish at this time for the money return as I am no long interested in their medallions or anything else of theirs.
