norton software activation code

norton 360 all in one US i purchased norton 360 from staples in jan. 2008 and when the current norton expired in feb 2008 i downloaded the new one. i was never prompted to enter my activation code at anytime during the download. i have removed the old norton (2 times)and installed it (2 times). i can not access my account from the norton box but i can from the website however i cant enter the activation code at the website. their support team (2 times online and 4 times on the phone) has no clue how to resolve this issue. i gave remote access to the 4th support person who could not correct this. i replied to 2 surveys and heard nothing from norton. finally an email from management on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 2:45 PM saying We have scheduled a call to you within the next 4 hours. If the scheduled callback does not suit your convenience, please respond to this email and provide a time that will be convenient for us to call you. Providing the highest level of service is important to us. We look forward to a helping you resolve the issue. Case id : 487946914 i waited for them to call in 4 hrs and the next day. after not hearing from them again i emailed them asking them to contact me the next day and heard nothing from them. this was over 3 weeks ago, clearly they do not plan on contacting me or resolving the issue. i sent the management team another reply asking if they were planning on contacting me and so far nothing. that was on may 4. i bought norton 360 all in one security and i am stuck with a product that is of no use to me. i am unhappy with their product, very dissatisfied with their lack of support and follow up.
