Midwest Airlines

Des Moines, Io
US

This is the first and last time, I will ever fly this airline ever again. I took the Atlanta flight to Milwaukee, then Milwaukee to Des Moines. When we arrived in Milwaukee, we were five minutes early and couldn't go into our gate. About 10-15 minutes later we were finally allowed to leave the plane. When I got on the plane homebound to Des Moines there was no problem at all. My luggage was suppose to transfer over. When I arrived, I found no luggage at all, and had to deal with a very rude Midwest attendent that told me to go fill out paper work. Which was fine. I got up there and told the lady of my situation, gave her my ticket and showed her what my luggage looked like according to a chart she had. And she informed me that they would locate it, and that it should be back when the 2:30 p.m. They called me at 3 p.m. to inform me that my suitcase, for I only had one. Was all the way in Omaha, Nebraska. And I was informed that it would be in Iowa at 5 p.m. that day, or sometime in the morning. I arrived the next morning to find out that my luggage still wasn't there, and the lady from Midwest informed me that they shouldn't of told me of any location, of my luggage and that I should call in 24 hours to see if it is there. So basically I sit here and wait to see if im going to have to go out and get new clothes, and new luggage.
