damaged headboard

cordoba bed order no.1166 the bed shop liverpool, L3 4BH GB I bought the above mentioned bed on line on 09/12/07 and it was delivered damaged. I requested for a replacement and the bed shop has replaced the frist headboard with two more damaged ones. I am in possession of three damaged headboards but no bed to lie on. I am currently sleeping on the floor since December. I have requested fo a full refund and the shop told me that they will refund me less 25%. What for? is my question. I have asked either for an undamaged bed or 75% discunt or a full refund. I dont seem to be getting anywhere. Please advise.
