Rock solid kitchens

I never had a dream kitchen and moving into my new home I contacted this company as I had a relative who had ordered a kitchen and found the rep very helpful. We contacted the rep and indeed she was very helpful and showed up with lots of differant kitchens I could have. Eventually �6,500 later to be exact I signed up. Well its been eventful - lots of phone calls and disappointments, three deliveries to correct the original one and I am still waiting for them to correct the last mistake. Be prepared for long phone waits and promises of call backs. We ordered a REall wood Shaker kitchen and they delivered MDF cornices and pellments. No mention of MDF on the order just ocrnice and pelments. They said you have to specify reall wood for the cornice and pelments so I sit waiting almost five months later still waiting for my dream kitchen to be finished. They just done seem to have the customer service. I am still chasing them with calls and I am fed up.

Hi Im experiencing the exact same problem and I used there kitchen Planner named Tony Nurse....WHAT A NIGHTMARE this has been. They have no customer service dept to deal with many queries I have had. Im still waiting many weeks down the line after handing over my money and still only have half a kitchen with the wrong doors, wrong taps, no drawers. Im waiting on the correct doors and handles and nobody wants to help sort this problem out. They are just happy they have received my money but all its been is a sham and money making kitchencompany who dont do what they say they will do. DONT USE ROCK SOLID KITCHENS.....TOTAL CRAP COMPANY AND TOTALLY REGRET USING THEM. Michelle Innocent

Ive used this company twice, i cant say that i have had the same problems. The rep was fine, the price was keen and the kitchens looks good.
