Rip-off

I ordered a DVD from Naxpmedia [$43.20] on 2/22/08. I received an email from Naxpmedia on 2/23/08 that my CC had been charged, order had been shipped and they included a UPS tracking number. It is now 3/9/08, and have not received the order. I tried to track the order with no success. I have sent Naxpmedia 4 emails which has been difficult since they seem to have a bogus security code and I have tried to contact them via phone but there is no service. So now this company has my CC number, charged my card, and I have no order.

my story is nearly identical as the one above. it sucks and it feels like i can do noting at all about it. grrrr!
