Nepotism

This business is owned by the only practicing phycician at the business. It is run by an R.N. with only a two year degree in nursing and no official training in managing a business. She has hired her mother as the Clinical Coordinator, R.N. . She has hired her husband as the Project Manager, which is entirley a made up title just to get him a paycheck. Please just bear with me. Frank Reisner, M.D. is the owner, Traci Banta, RN is the Practice Administrator. Her husband is Jamie Banta, Project Manager, his family has invested a large amount of money into the business along with Traci Banta herself. The R.N. Clinical Coordinator is Dorothy Griffin (mother) , her husband is the maintenance person and Traci's Two daughters work as receptionists at the front desk. Recently, the oldest daughter has been promoted and allowed to train as a Medical Assistant(no official certification). This has created a conflict of interest whithin the business of which Dr. Reisner may or may not be aware of. Family always comes first here. Time off, special favors, etc. It also provides for an atmosphere of fear for the other employee's, although they will not voice their opinions for fear of being dismissed. In essence this is blatant nepotism of which Traci Banta is so very guilty of.
