Fictional free movies

Free Movies Time Out New York Kids 475 10th avenue 12th floor New York, NY 10018 US http://www.tonykids.com We know Time Out is explicit about free movie tickets distributed still having to be on a first come first served basis at the theater but today at Horton Hears a Who there were more than 100 parents and children who stood outside in the rain and didn't get into the movie. I think the overbooking policy, which we understand because of no shows, is nonetheless excessive. There were way too many tickets distributed than the theater ever could have hoped to accomodate and Time Out's policy should be adjusted accordingly. I would have to think that this happens often but probably to never this degree. My children and I, who traveled from Brooklyn to Lincoln Square, were bitterly disappointed about not being able to see the film as were many other families. We will not likely ever take advantage of the fictional "free" movie tickets again. I seemed unfair to get "free' movie tickets, show up at a theater to collect tickets for then a second time and have no seats be available. The whole experience has left my family so soured about Time Out for Kids we am thinking of cancelling my subscription and removing ourselves from all the website mailings.
