Sprint Power Pack Plans - Direct Connect Sprint PCS P.O. Box 660075 Dallas, TX 75266 Dallas, TX 75266 US sprint.com I was a faithful costumer of the Sprint PCS. From 2002 until 2006, by doing Bank direct payment plan, I had not missed one payment. But to be a faithful costumer does not mean that Sprint PCS could do what ever they want to bill me without service provided. The Sprint PCS has not provided a dial tune to my cell phone since May, 2006. Why should I pay for the bill without service provided? It started on the end of April 2006. I terminated one of the two lines that I had with the Sprint PCS. I went to the Radio Shock at Collin Creek Mall of Plano to ask the service person to help me to terminate the line. He told me that the Sprint PCS would bill me for early termination fee after phone call and paper work. I accepted it and went back home waiting for the bill. I did not know that before I received the bill, the Sprint PCS terminated both lines. When my friends told me that they could not reach us by cell phone, I checked on my cell phone. I found that the cell phone was dead without dial tune. Instead there is a service message asked me to pay the bill of about $180.00. I noticed that the balance due was the result of two months of regular bank automatic payment minus the total due. I immediate got online and direct the Bank of America to pay in full on the end of May, 2006. In my mind, the Sprint PCS computerized billing system might be mistaken treating the termination fee as overdue monthly payment and automatically terminate the other line. I thought after I paid in full, the Sprint PCS would resume service. But after waiting for one full month, the service did not resume. My cell phone still dead without dial tune with message urge me to call the customer services. I called the Sprint PCS on June 30, 2006 by using the cell phone. The operator assured me that she would order to resume the service within a couple of days. When I found that the dial tune was still dead on July 2006, I canceled the bank automatic payment on June and July, assuming that the phone should not dead for long, I did not totally cancel the account with the Bank of America. The Bank of America resume automatic payment plan on Aug, 2006. But after I called the Sprint from my desk phone, the operator tested and assured me that the line was active. I thought the problem solved. But when I went back home and checked on the cell phone which my wife was using most of the time, I found it was still without dial tune. I canceled the Bank of America automatic payment plan. Since May, 2006, my cell phone was without dial tune. No matter how the Sprint PCS claims that the line is active, I was without service as a fact. The active account was only a tactic to hold on the contract of a faithful customer. But this should not be the reason for them to charge me. A charge should be based on service provided. Why should I pay to the Sprint PCS without the service?
