Very Bad customer service

I went to buy the bridal dress from his store.Rahul , the owner of the store first he said he cannot show anything because its by appointment only.Upon request that I have come all the way from New Jersey to this area still he did not show.He said he will show me the dress properly by appointment. I made the appointment and went there and he showed me only 3 dresses and he refused to show me more and said I shall pick from the 3.I liked one out of the only 3 choices given so I bought it in rush since I did not have enough time due to Muharram. When I brought the dress home and showed to family members the stones embroided on it started falling.I requested him to return or exchange it as it was not a good quality product , he was very rude and he said his store has no refund or exchange policy.The dress was not used and was in the exaclt condition I got it from.I had paid him 1000$ + tax .He did not do size alteration also although all stores do it free of cost. There are a lot of emotions that goes with the bridal dress , and Rahul the owner of the store does not understand even a bit of it.
