Refuses to Answer Emails

Puppies Euro Puppy USA US http://www.europuppyusa.com/ I've tried over and over again to get in touch with Euro Puppy USA, and they refuse to answer any of my emails. I do not recomend this company, and believe they are a scam. They are safe and they guarantee satisfaction. They are a little pricy, but well worth the comfort and peace of mind. My puppy was delivered right to my door and in great shape. I am very happy with their service. They have responded to my e-mails in a timely manner, and were very helpful and informative. I had absolutely no problems with the transaction and was especially satisfied with the communication I had with both Mario, based in Miami, FL and with Sandor who is overseas. Any email correspondence was responded to very timely, often within an hour or two. I also had no difficulty reaching them by phone. This company is no "scam" as claimed by the original complaint. I would be happy to share pictures of my beautiful dog and I would be happy to share my experience with this company in the purchase of my pup. Euro Puppy USA did everything they promised and I would recommend them to anyone. I have 2 wonderful French bulldogs that I have purchased from them within the last 2 years at 2 separate occasions. I have had almost immediate responses from Mario at Euro Puppy and have spoken w/ him on the phone as well. Im guessing this complaint is from a jealous competitor at best. Try contacting them yourself before you doubt this company. I have 2 awesome dogs and a great experience w/ their service.
