Refuses to Answer Emails

I've tried over and over again to get in touch with Euro Puppy USA, and they refuse to answer any of my emails. I do not recomend this company, and believe they are a scam.

I purchased a Neapolitan Mastiff Puppy through Euro Puppy USA and I could not be more satisfied. I had absolutely no problems with the transaction and was especially satisfied with the communication I had with both Mario, based in Miami, FL and with Sandor who is overseas. Any email correspondence was responded to very timely, often within an hour or two. I also had no difficulty reaching them by phone. This company is no "scam" as claimed by the original complaint. I would be happy to share pictures of my beautiful dog and I would be happy to share my experience with this company in the purchase of my pup. Euro Puppy USA did everything they promised and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have dealt w/ Euro Puppy for a long time. I have 2 wonderful French bulldogs that I have purchased from them within the last 2 years at 2 separate occasions. I have had almost immediate responses from Mario at Euro Puppy and have spoken w/ him on the phone as well. Im guessing this complaint is from a jealous competitor at best. Try contacting them yourself before you doubt this company. I have 2 awesome dogs and a great experience w/ their service.
