HAVE IT YOUR WAY? Not me!

I place and order at the drive thru at approximately 9:40 AM for their "2 sausage biscuit value meal. I was quickly told "we're out of biscuits". I told the lady that I did not want anything else and that I would have to wait since I was already in line. The design of this drive thru did not allow me to get out of line so i wasted roughly 8 minutes. I understand if they were really out of biscuits, but with 20 minutes left in the breakfast period, it would be upsetting if they just didn't want to cook more biscuits. So, today I didn't "have it" my way.

I hate that! A lot of fast food chains "run out" of biscuits. But how? Your company has had the location long enough to estimate what the purchases will look like and what the hot/popular items are.
