AT&T FastAccess DSL Technical Support

AT&T FastAccess DSL US Have been trying since mid January 2008 to set up Parental Controls provided by AT&T with their FastAccess DSL. To date, so called technical support has been unable to correct the problems. Have called multiple times. Cannot seem to talk to management. Assume they did not send any management to the Philippines. Have threatened to have all of my At&T services terminated if the problems are no resolved. Cannot seem to get anyone's attention.
