auto repair dept

Wal-mart sells atv tires in the auto department but will not fix them when they go flat. I was told by the mechanic. I have had trouble with wal-mart in the past. I feel the incompetence of todays generation is becoming more apparent wherever i go. I realize i am giving some young people a bad rap but i haven't seen anything to change my mind. I plan to shop elsewhere and try to buy American before our economy goes belly up. Thank you for allowing me to air my opinion.

I just purchased 2 tires from Walmart. I was told it would take 1 hour, which was amazing since they did not have any business but I figured that they needed to say that to keep you in their store to shop, which was what I did. After 1 hour all I could see was two young men talking and not working. I wish I had their job. I stood behind my car and watched them. I was asked, "Is this your car?" I said yes. I then walked away with my daughter watching them. They started talking and joking as soon as I walked away. When I finally got my car I went to load my purchases in the trunk, and guess what??? They had thrown the spare tire in the trunk, not putting it away and I had to get my hands dirty putting it away so that I could put my purchases in it. I asked one of the men why did they not put my spare away but he said that they should have but he was on his cell phone and apparently was too busy to help. Talk about POOR customer service. Well I guess that those young guys don't need to work hard. By the way I am a senior citizen and I can not believe that companies would rather hire lazy young people than hard working senior citizens.
