I had a dismal experience traveling to the UK from LAX in summer 2007. The main "gripe" was the price of the ticket booked on-line; more than $1600 LAX-Glasgow roundtrip. When I voiced my concern with the company about this they really stated it was peak season and that's how it is. I was requesting some sort of rebate for such a inflated price, however to no avail. I needed a last minute ticket, so I really had to book.

In addition the service I found by the cabin staff was that they were unresponsive to traveler's needs. The main complaint in this area was not attending to pick-up of used trays/trash.

I will not fly this airline ever!
