Kenmore Washer (top load) Sears Sears Southgate 11100 51 Ave NW Edmonton Edmonton, AB T6H 4M7 CA www.sears.ca Big problem with my brand new washer from Sears (Southgate, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada): December 19th, 2007, I bought a new Kenmore washer. I paid for the delivery and set up of the washer but the people who delivered it just said that it was easy to setup and to do it myself and then they left. Since then, my 'new' washer has flooded my basement so I called Sears numerous times and they said they would send someone out to look at it. After two weeks,someone showed up and that is all they did i.e. 'look' at it. They informed me that there is a part missing. An 'Anti Siphon Break' and that is why it is flooding my basement every time I wash AND it never shuts off so my utility bill has been sky high i.e. doubled / tripled the water usage. So now I have had to pay a lot of money for having a plumber to set it up;flood cleanup; the higher utility bill for two months; and having to use a Laundromat. I have left several messages and have talked to the Customer Service line but still no service and no solution. Please help me.
