DON'T USE CHECKSMART

I have never dealt with a company that is as rude and unprofessional as Checksmart is. The people who work for checksmart must hate their jobs because I have never come into contact with people who are so unhappy. The way I was treated was uncalled for. They are unable to have an adult conversation but would rather act like children and scream and hang up on paying customers.

checksmart lies to people, I have a loan with them and I am using a debt settlement company. They say that they don't work with them but my employee has a signed letter using the same debt company and they settled for him. The loan is for the same amount and same store front, he gave me a copy of his agreement. Checksmart is the worst. Today they hace called every hour on the hour I just ignore them, my debt people are handeling this.
