Bally's Eastgate: Health Club from Hell

Bally's management has abused the bankruptcy system several times and wastes money. Trainers get $80+ dollars per hour without education or certification from any outside agency - Bally's pulls them off the streets and trains them. Women complain about sexual harrassment from one trainer named James W., a short, balding, obnoxious old man who offers free personal training sessions for sex. Many women have complained and management always says that no one complains. They have equipment which is faulty and could cause injury and you hear about it from other members, staff does not volunteer the info.

glad i found this and agree wholeheartedly with you. I saw a trainer w/ a member and was busy on his cell checking messages and looking at the clock continuously. I've worked w/ certified trainers and Bally's trainers are inexperienced! The locker room stinks, there are fruit flies in the men's shower room. You know there's something FUNKY wrong to see fruit flies in the shower! The pool/hot tub overbleached leaving your skin itchy, dry, and stinky for days! The steam room should be a place to relax but I see orange funk growing there and it's not even steamy or hot to stretch. This place should be shut down! I don't know why the Health Dept hasn't fined them?!
