I recently move to a small town in Oklahoma. My apartment complex pays =

the water bill. I also get charged for being a water customer. I talk =

to City Hall about this and their answer was "the apartments pay for the =

water usage and I pay for being a customer" $6.16 a month. $8.69 is =

also added to our utility bills to pay for having a ambulance in town, =

of course, if you use it you still have to pay a big price to use it. =

$14.86 is added to our utility bill each month and some of our fixed =

incomes just dont stretch that far. anxous to hear if these are =

legal charges.
