Pioneer Natural Pools

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to our claim as foolish as you make your self sound. How you can honestly say that 2 people that paid Pioneer Natural Pools over $395,000.00 for a swimming pool couldn't afford it is not the most intellegent thing you've said or that we don't deserve it I am a stay at home Mom with 5 children & my husband & I both work very hard we spend lots of time as a family & thought a pool would be a perfect way to spend even more time with our family my husband has had a successful business for over 27 years now if we don't deserve your pool who does? But you see your way of handling business matters is by trying to sling the mud & get personal. See the owners problem is he thinks that everyone thinks he is a good business man which couldn't be further from the trueth. Two other customers besides us are in the process of filing complaints against Andrea Sardelli & that is just in a small area. I mean lets be honest here you never came back to finish the job even though in front of 2 lawyers you agreed to. Because you new it would cost you more money to fix your stupid mistakes than it would be to accept our final payment. Do you really want people to believe that we would invest that much money in to a pool & not do what ever it takes to make sure we the consumer (who by the way is always right)have everything the way it should be? As far as never being satisfied would you be happy if you invested that much money into a pool & it leaked & the plaster was stained, the lights do not work, & the spa doesn't work. That would be like purchasing a brand new Bentley & driving around with a knock in the engine & a scratch on the side & not minding. I hope you do know who we are & I am not going to go away until people are aware of what you are all about. As far as that child support thing I do not know who you are refering to but all 5 of our children live w/ us & as far as anyone else what does that have to do with the issue at hand? Oh & by the way Andrea the file with the better business bureau has not been closed so bring a little honesty into your life. I filed the complaint I am the consumer & the only person that can decide to close the case is me & I am far from done!! As a matter of fact I just spoke to them last week. When people purchase a product or service from a business it is your obligation to deliver the product or service that was purchased in the condition you claimed it would be. Why would you return $9000.00 to someone if you thought the job was done right? I know if I thought my product or service was done to the best of my ability I certainly would not return that much money. Please be real!! Oh & stop w/ that rushing to get the job done because the pool was not even finished when you said it would be. You never treated us like family that is just the way you try to sucker people into thinking you are an honest man. You really turned out to be such a disappointment for us & our children... I will not quit until our pool is the way we paid for it to be how ever that gets accomplished is up in the air!!!

I can only speak from my own experience which was very pleasant and free from any complications. That's why I'm very surprised to have read some of the bad testimonials against Mr. Andrea Sardelli and Pioneer Natural Pools. In addition, I was actually recommended to Pioneer Natural Pools from a friendly neighbor who has hired Mr. Andrea Sardelli and is very satisfied with his work. Furthermore, Mr Sardelli and his team assisted me throughout the whole process of making my pool. From the concept to construction, all of my requests were met with exceedingly results. Any questions were promptly answered and all concerns were quickly resolved. At the end, I had a magnificent pool that my whole family and I can enjoy for a long time to come.
