JCPenney cust service

couches delivered by jcpenney had two legs damaged upon delivered. Driver convinced us that since only the legs got damaged that they would immediatly send out replacements if we would keep the furniture. I have called furniture cust svc 12/10, 12/26,1/2,1/11,1/14,1/15,1/25,2/4 and emailed twice with no satisfaction.I am told someone will get back to me & no one calls back. I have asked for a supervisor and am never allowed to talk to one. Still no legs, Skirt of couch is getting ruined from lying on floor.Totally frustrated- paid $1799.64 for couch with missing (damaged) legs)and it is now March.
