Dear Tiscali,


Last week I received a call from one of your sales staff offering to =

upgrade

me from =BD meg speed to 6 megs. I explained that I had been offered a =

free

upgrade 6 months ago, and suggested that she had made a mistake. No! I =

was

still only on a very slow =BD meg. I then phoned you to ask why you had =

not

delivered on your promise and got a staff member who said if I paid =

another

=A31, I could be upgraded to 6!!!!! I asked why you had offered me =

something

which you did not deliver! He explained that it was not his department.

That old coconut again I thought! Why oh why do I have to pay for

something which you promised and did not deliver? I have been with you =

for

some time, and am very disappointed that you broke your promise, and now =

I

am paying for your mistake.


I would appreciate your response.
