Dish Network Fraud

We purchased Dish Network after their 3rd Party sales rep made a number of assurances that made it seem like a good deal. Our biggest concern, as we have an 8 year old daughter, was the programming for the Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. We were told that the programming was the same and that we could even chose Eastern or Western satellite times to watch the programs. It turns out that the Cartoon Network is only shown at Eastern times, so instead of having age appropriate shows for her to watch after school, she was exposed to Adult Swim cartoons. We dedided we had had enough when we heard the N-word at least forty times in one episode of the Boondocks, so we cancelled our contract and paid Dish Network the early disconnect fees. Now it turns out that the 3rd party that installed it wants $240 for cancelling it, plus $200 for installing it. We have tried to resolve this issue, but we can't even talk to a supervisor or manager because of some militant B!*CH at their service desk and have been hung up on several times. Does Dish Network condone the false advertisements of their 3rd party contractors? As far as I'm concerned, this is fraud and I will never do business with them again. I am warning everyone I know to stay away from them, and plan on spending the weekend posting flyers to that effect wherever I can find a public billboard. Somebody needs to file a class action suit against these guys, as I can see from the posts here that this is not an uncommon problem.
