Capital One Bank*Richmond VA

Over the past several months, I have been in a dispute with Capital

One Bank of Richmond over the Overlimit Fees they repeatedly and

unfairly assess my credit card account. I have also filed a

complaint again them with the North Carolina Attorney General's

Office but nothing has been or probably ever will be resolved. What

Capital One is doing to me amounts to nothing more that illegal usery

practices and I'm sure they get away with this regularly. I have cut

up my credit card and written them that I will be paying out this

account in full with monthly payments, but that I will no longer pay

these Overlimit Fees. Of course, Capital One states they will

continue to charge my account with them as they see fit. It will be

interesting to see what happens when I finish paying what I consider

to be what I owe them.
