Air India Flight From New Delhi To LAX

I was onboard the Air India flight from New Delhi to LAX through frankfurt.Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:20 am from New Delhi but it did not depart until 11 am.That was just the starting of the worst experience of my life.At frankfurt we get down from the plane and reboarded it after an hour.After siting for about half an hour in the plane we were told that there is some sort of leakage in the plane and we have to wait.That wait was for more than an hour and it was clear we are stuck at frankfurt.We had to spend the night at airport itself as german authorities did not gave us temporary visa or was that AI officials dont want to pay the visa fee for mere economy class passengers. Whatever be the case we spent a very inconvienient night at the airport.Next day i.e on 2 march we were told they are going to send us by American airlines to Chicago and from Unitied airlines from Chicago to LA.But they simply didn't give us the tickets we were made to stand in line for several hours before they gave us confirmation about the reservations.They had all the information about the passengers everything from their names to ticket numbers and all.Why did they make us stand in a line and created a chaos only AI officials know and tell.But it was very inconvienient and full of tension.Anyways we boarded the American Airlines flight and at chicago I discovered that my lugage is not there.The only releiof was that there were many passengers whose luggage was missing so I thought AI officials will be sending our lugage from different plane.But on reaching LA at about 12:30 am on 3rd march. we realised that our Lugage is still at frankfut. And till date i.e. 4th march our lugage is still at frankfurt and people at airport are not sure when we'll get our lugage.

services of air india and air india is of IVth class. i don't why people are using this 4th class airlines. i also have same type of experiance while going delhi to mumbai and from mumbai to melbourne. flight from Delhi is late by 2.5 hours and in mumbai i missed my flight to melbourne.

when i made a complaint to air india regarding this the customer care executive told that why you are using this airlines.

now simply to say never use indian airline or air india whether for domestic or international.
