shark steam mop skoshibear1 goshen , in 46526 US i bought a shark steam mop from (ebay seller)skoshibear1 ,and when i recieved the steam mop it was broken i contacted the seller and he told me to return the item and he would send me the refund. well its been 2 months and did not recieve any refund from him. tried e mailing and also he s ignoring my phone calls.
