Your contract services with Spectam (Optometric Dept)

We are extremely Concerned about the treatment from your optometric

Dept. in your Wilsonville Branch, Oregon. No, it is not your

optometrist which is Dr. Gabel. You signed an agreement with Spectrum

with all your optometry departments. We signed up with your Dr.Gabel.

He was extremely nice, but in the middle of the exam, his assistant said

she just got a responce from Spectrum that we were not signed up by

Secure Horizons, so we couldn't continue our exam. We called Secure

Horizons and talked with 5 differenct people that said they would send

Spectrum the data that proved we were eligible.

Then My wife called Spectrum direct and he was very cursive and

rude. I feel Cosco should dig in with this Spectrum and correct their

problem. We have been a member for 15 years and have had nothing but

excellent service and still receive that with our Doctors.
