WC *VALUE PLUS-V 888-833-7279 MN, charged my credit card

Hi I was charge 16.95 on my credit card by these people. I don't know who

they are and never signed up for their service. How can I get off of this

and get my money back.

..i got a call talking about how great a customer i was and they told me i would be recieving a 40 dollar free gas vouchure, and a 25 dollar walmart gift card , i told them i didnt want it and wanted to cancel immediately, telling them im only 19 years old and i dont have that much money to spend,and why they were calling me in the first place...she said ..you can cancel at anytime when it arrives in 2 weeks...and i couldn't tell her to cancel it,i imediately called the number that she told me how to cancel it, and they said they didn't have me on the record yet...that was about 3-4 weeks ago, nothing in the mail and now im getting charged.

im not sure how they got my card info...

Same happened to me. When I called they said they were a "discount service." I think I know how they got me. I ordered some "As Seen on TV" thing online and after I accepted the charges, a screen came up asking if I wanted to save $10 on shipping, I clicked ok just to see what you had to do, it asked me to sign up for something so I just closed out of the screen. I'm guessing that is where they got me. Hope this helps someone.

I have also been charged $16.95 for the last two (2) months. Called my bank and of course now have to wait for a new check card 7 - 10 days because my account has been compromised. FYI my bank gave me a phone number for this company 888-833-7279 according to the message on the phone you can go to programstop.com to cancel something you DID NOT order in the first place and stop further deductions. There is also a form on this website to request refunds. That's what I am trying! GOOD LUCK!!!

They did the same to me. I called them and asked what they do and they said they couldn't tell me so I told them I never authorized anything and that i'd like a refund and also to cancel my membership that I never even knew I had. They cancelled really easy and told me it would take 1-2 billing cycles to get my refund.
