I had them "reglaze" a tub almost a year ago. I was told it would come witha 5 year warranty, which was provided on a poorly over photocopied piece of paper. Part of the terms of the warranty I had to follow a list of care instructions, in order for the warranty to be honored. I have no problem with this in theory, however, the sheet was not even accurate as there where other things you could not do that was not listed. In addition, I was not informed of the limitations of use (limited bath mat use, limited cleaning use) prior to purchase.

When the service was preformed they did such a neat job that parts of my floor where "reglazed" as well..


When the "reglazed" tub started to peel i contacted them ASAP! I was told I needed to provide a copy of the check receipt and they had NO records on file about doing the job. Its my assumption they don't have any database at all.


I got the check image, called them and told them my problem, wasn't asked for a check image this time. Took my name and number and my local rep was suppose to call me. No one did. I emailed the check image and a note to the email listed on their website. No response I called again and was told my local rep would contact me, again no one did.

I called in again today, voiced my concern again. I was told there are no records of me calling or emailing him and he checks the email personally. I asked if they were going to resolve this, or if I would have to file in small claims court. They complained that I called at 7:30 (the time they open) and I might as well file if I am going to ask that question. So I said, I have had terrible experience with this request so far. They won't even talk to you if you don't know THE EXACT date of service. I was told to email him the information. That if it was their fault they fix it for free, what kinda of bath mat was i using (I told him none, the truth), if not it was $75 an hour. I emailed him, no response. In fact, I forwarded my previous email to prove it was sent. Emailed it again JUST TO MAKE SURE HE GOT IT, no response. I double checked the email, spot on. I asked when I was on the phone if it was the right email to use and was told yes.

In general poor quality, I bought stuff from home-depot that was cheaper $40, looks better and has held up (much better) without ANY problems. And very rude CS, which is the owner so don't except anything different.
