Dealership takes advantage of Consumer

Consumer, Tony and Silver Buckman, take their vehicle in for the engine light. Diagnostic gives dealership two codes which apparently does not directly give dealership the problem. Dealership is attempting to charge consumer $396 in diagnostic fees only and still does not know the root of the problem of the vehicle. Dealership did not previously advise consumer of fee.

I purchased a 2005 Escalade from Classic Chevrolet on 7/22/2011 and rear a/c was blowing hot. The the finance guy Enrique said "Frank will take care of it". Frank was the sales man Now they refuse to fix! They are liars!

I bought a 2000 Chevy Corvette recently and noticed the driverside headlight motor wasn't working properly. I was told from the salesman, Walt, and the finance guy that I would be "taken care of". After I take it home and call to schedule a service to fix it, I was told that they weren't going to do it.
