Dealership takes advantage of Consumer
|
Chevrolet Silverado Classic Chevrolet Lenola Road Moorestown, NJ 08057 US Consumer, Tony and Silver Buckman, take their vehicle in for the engine light. Diagnostic gives dealership two codes which apparently does not directly give dealership the problem. Dealership is attempting to charge consumer $396 in diagnostic fees only and still does not know the root of the problem of the vehicle. Dealership did not previously advise consumer of fee. I was told from the salesman, Walt, and the finance guy that I would be "taken care of". After I take it home and call to schedule a service to fix it, I was told that they weren't going to do it.
