Was interested in financing a 2005 Dodge Magnum ($11,999). I filled out the application and indicated to him that I had a a trade in. He took my keys and looked at the car while I was finishing the application. He came back in and took my application, I guess to the manager. After waiting 3 minutes the salesman came over and handed me my keys and told me that "we can not help you". He gave no reason why, it was very rude. I felt as though I was a nobody. I know that I have some challenges on my credit report, but they he did not even say if that was the problem. They didn't know if I had a downpayment or anything. It was like they just kicked me out the door because I was not good enough for them. I am a single black woman that works 5 days a week 40 hours. Have been on my job 8 years and I feel I am just as good a anybody else who works and want to upgrade their vehicle. Is this the kind of service that I should have received since I have challenges on my credit.
