The Cardio Twister system comes with 9, part number 47, nylon bolts. These bolts are required to put together the entire main assembly. The bolts are not properly manufactured. They do not fit at all. It is impossible to assemble the unit with the nylon bolts provided. The Tristar Products, Inc. offers to send out more nylon bolts. They are of the same kind/type as the unit arrives with. 2 week wait for the replacement bolts to arrive before you discover this. Design flaw making the unit impossible to assemble.

I have had my cardio twister for a few weeks now. The work out it provides is great but I have had several problems with bolts coming loose the chain coming off..the systems manufacturing is truly a mess but the concept is great.

Didn't have a problem with bolts, but have a problem keeping the chain on. Used twice, chain slipped off twice.

Just received my Cardio Twister by DHL today and assembled it myself in about 40 minutes, being careful to check all parts against the list and taking my time. Part 47 consists of 9 nylon-coated NUTS and work just fine on all the different lengths of BOLTS for which they are intended. Start the nuts on the bolt with the flat side first, so that the flat side ends up against the machine and the tapered part points toward the exposed end of the bolt. No problems with assembly at all.
