CT200 Tristar Products Tristar Products Wallingford, CT 06494 Wallingford, CT 06494, CT 06494 US www.cardiotwister.com The Cardio Twister system comes with 9, part number 47, nylon bolts. These bolts are required to put together the entire main assembly. The bolts are not properly manufactured. They do not fit at all. It is impossible to assemble the unit with the nylon bolts provided. The Tristar Products, Inc. offers to send out more nylon bolts. They are of the same kind/type as the unit arrives with. 2 week wait for the replacement bolts to arrive before you discover this. Design flaw making the unit impossible to assemble. The work out it provides is great but I have had several problems with bolts coming loose the chain coming off..the systems manufacturing is truly a mess but the concept is great. Used twice, chain slipped off twice. Part 47 consists of 9 nylon-coated NUTS and work just fine on all the different lengths of BOLTS for which they are intended. Start the nuts on the bolt with the flat side first, so that the flat side ends up against the machine and the tapered part points toward the exposed end of the bolt. No problems with assembly at all.
