Problem with Citi Financial Home Depot Account

Problem with Citi Financial Home Depot Account

First of all... Thank you for reading this.

In October of 2007 I consolidated all of my bills with MMI (Money Managemen=

t

International) and ripped up all of my credit cards. We had a member of the

family out of work, so I racked up bills to keep us afloat.

All of my credit cards are with MMI except for my Home Depot Card. Partiall=

y

my fault because I didn't have the card anymore... And when looking at my

email statements they only put the last 4 digits of the account number on

the statement.

So, I call Citi Financial... Still in October, and tell them I need my

account number. The only way they can give it to me is to mail it to me...

So I said, fine.

One week passed and I still didn't receive my statement in the mail.. They

called me again.. And I told them I haven't received the statement.

This back and forth went on until now actually... But what I found out is

that I was still on Electronic Mail with them. I told them that I don't hav=

e

access to the online billing because my account was closed. They promptly

told me that I needed to change this. Even though I don't have access!

Finally in the beginning of February I talk to a girl at Citi Financial who

says to me that she can change it so I receive Paper.. In the mail.

To this day I have not received a bill in the mail. So today I gave them my

work address to mail the statement to.

Is it possible that they don't want to work with MMI and just won't tell me=

,

and string me along and have me keep paying these late bills?

Today I paid them 131.00 just to stop it from going past 90 days.

This is getting ridiculous.

What can I do?

Thanks,

Dave Watson
