I tried to purchase both Quicken 2008 and Turbo Tax the link did not work. I used http://www.quickendirect.com/phone to have a customer service person call me. Someone from India called me. I will not give my credit card to someone in another country. I asked if they had a phone number for someone in the U.S.A. The answer was no. I could not understand the person from India. If Intuit can not provide service that can be understood and they have sent all customer service to India, I'm not buying their products. I hope we let them know what we think about their service. I have used Quicken for many years but will not use their products in the future.

I am having difficulty accessing my Quicken online banking account. On the screen they are asking for my PIN Vault password which I don't have. My bank is Comerica. Please call me or e-mail the information so I can proceed.

I am not a quciken person!! My bank told me that quicken had taken money out of my checking account so I call quicken at 1800-446-8848 to get my answers. And it said they would call back by a customer service. I get this web site. I want them to stop taking money out of my account with out my permison.Stop this from happening again!! There is is no number to talk to a real person you.There is no place to put a number down to have them call back!
