I didnot receive my order

I ordered a black and a colored ink cartridge for a canon pixma 150mp printer. The charge went thru on my credit card. I never received my order, and the company will not answer my e-mails. I have sent mant e-mails, but no answer. I have tried to question them on their web site but my question will not go through.
