Blue ray fiasco Fed up with it all

Blue ray fiasco Fed up with it all I am writing to you about the way events transpired concerning the so called High definition DVD war. I thinks that was decision that was with out hearing the point of view of the consumer. I recently went to a Best = Buy and priced the Blue ray DVD players in the store and saw that the pricin= g was outrageous form $399.00 to $799.00 for a DVD player. Now how in the world do they expect the consumer to pay that much for a DVD player. =0D =0D To me this is just like oil companies and the and utility companies=20 conspiring putting the squeeze on the American Public with the outrageous price of gasoline and the utilities which so conveniently soars upward do= ing the vacation and the holiday season. Is all stinks to me and is just an outright assault on the intelligence of the consumer that just has to sto= p. Thousands of Americans are losing there jobs and homes while oil companie= s and other big corporations are enjoying windfall profits. And it is the same thing top me with this High definition war. Why would anyone with common sense pay $399.00 for Blue ray when an Hd DVD player is availa= ble for almost half that price when is all plays the same the same movies in high definition. =0D =0D This reeks of politics and who knows how much money the Sony corporation paid, but we know they paid because any bargain seeking consumer would op= t for the less expensive player its only common sense. I am tired of these games that politicians and these corporations are playing with our jobs= , our lively hoods and with our lives enough is enough.=0D =0D =0D Kenneth Sumter From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 03-Mar-08 17:23:57 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
