Shark Steam Mop

I'm very dissatified with this product. I received it before Christmas and didn't began using the product until mid-Feb. I called customer service on 3/29/08 and talked with cust serv reps in S.E. Asia. They told me that I'm unable to return the unit because it's passed the 60 day return period. This was very upsetting especially since I didn't even pull the unit out of the box until last month.

I am very dissatisfied customer. I believe this company is misrepresenting their product on TV. It is not a quality steam mop. It DOES NOT work even remotely to what they claim on TV. I can't believe that I fell for this scam.

I will be contacting the Better Business to complain. We have invested $80 for a fraudalent product. We want a full refund and the company is refusing. We will never purchase ANYTHING made by this company. As a consumer, you'd be better off going to a local store such as Walmart, Target, or Kmart and purchasing a stem mop where as if you have problems, you can return it for a full refund and talk to someone that speaks English that can truly understand your concerns. Just simply frustrating!!!

I own two mops ,i just put both in the trash, bad product you get what you pay for and shark isnt a quality mop

I had my product for over a year and it really hurt my back to get a good cleaning. The pads worked and picked up alot of dirt however my back hurt for the next day and finally after using it the handle broke WOW I knew that was going to happen because it seemed to bend the handle during usage

talk about frustrating- my euro-pro just stopped working- have used it less than a year, and not very much at that. I wonder if this has happened to a lot of other people. sounds like you didn`t get any satisfaction from the company, so guess i won`t bother. really don`t know what to do, but will surely try to get the word out about this [product] dh

Mine didn't really work very well either. The steam comes out okay, but the design of the pads seems to prohibit the device from actually picking up much dirt. Small areas of the pad become completely saturated with dirt and then other areas of the pad don't even touch the floor, so it just pushes the dirty part around. I had to re-wash my whole floor with a regular mop after I tried the steam mop. I was skeptical after reading other reviews but was looking for a more environmentally-friendly way to clean my vinyl and wooden floors. I bought it in a Bed Bath and Beyond and was able to return it the next day. It truly is a rip off.
