Failed to receive Microsoct 2008 for MAC

I placed an order for Microsoft 2008 for Mac on March 21, 2008 with next day air. I paid 123.00 for the product and 34.87 for next day service.I received a confirmation number. On March 23rd I received an email stating a 24-48 hour verification for approval. I then received another email on the 3/25/2008 telling me that my order had been shipped giving me a different number. I have contacted Datavision via the number 1-888-888-2087 and spoke to a representative that said that my order was indeed on it's way but he didn't understand why it was routed the way and it was and that it had been changed to USPS. He told me that he would make sure that I got refunded for the next day air price. I have yet to see the product or the refund of the next day air price.
