I wish to lodge a complaint against your Port Elizabeth branch on behalf

of my wife Gisela Erasmus with subject student number..

We are at the end of March and yet she is still struggling to obtain her

relevant study material from our PE branch. Being in a 8 to 5 job I

guess you can understand the amount of pressure she is faced with.

Deadlines to meet ect...

After numerous calls and empty promises and yet no customer

satisfaction.. Where from here? I trust that you will follow up and

resolve this matter at the soonest to her convenience.
