Placed an order August '07. Goods never arrived so emailed to query and were told to wait 45 days. Waited 45 days and emailed again and was told it would be looked into and they would contact us. Since then they have ignored all my emails and it is now too late to claim my money back from my credit card company. Very unscrupulous.

I have ordered from this company since 2001. I have received nothing but excellent service and excellent product. It's a shame some people have nothing better to do than complain about others. It's just a fact of life that some are never going to be happy no matter what someone does for them. If you need something by a deadline - don't shop online or by mail - purchase it locally if you need it now. By holding an online shopkeeper to your own idea of what is "quick enough" is just unrealistic. It's human nature to exaggerate when you're upset at someone because they aren't living up to the expectations you've unrealistically set for them. I highly doubt anyone told you you had to wait 45 days. Besides, you can file a credit card claim for up to 6 months after a purchase, so that part of your statement rings false right there. Give people a break & find something else to do than to cast drama on a business that is ran by very caring, talented people in my opinion.

I ordered some things from them 9 days ago and i have sent several emails to ask when it may be delivered...I have gotten NO response. What kind of company are these people. Maybe they should be reported to someone other than complaints.com.

I ordered something from them and weeks later I emailed for a status. They said I should have told them I needed it so quick. I told them I didn't think I needed to ask for it to come this century, people typically expect things to come in a timely manner. She was very mouthy, and unprofessional. I told her that her attitude sucked because I have spent alot of money at her shop and have always been let down by shipping time. She looked up my previous orders, said I hadn't spent much money there at all compared to other customers and she could do without me. Very rude ladies. Couldn't be Wiccan. :)
