Mattress Problems

Dear Complaints, In December '07, I purchased 2 Full-sized sets of mattresses (box spring and mattress) from a nearby store. These sets have a 15 and 20 year guarantee on each set. I have contacted both the store and manufacturer, nothing, no help whatsoever. I can't get any help from the sales rep either, I have left numerous messages, still no answers. I have been in contact with the BBB, and the only response I got from them : we'll look into it. I still haven't heard anything since I first contacted them. These mattresses are nothing but problematic, they are bulging out on the sides, which the sales clerk assured me the mattresses would be replaced if we had any type of problem ! Besides the bulging, you can't sit on the mattress, because the sides crush down, and you feel like you'll slide off. Plus they are very uncomfortable, I am at my wit's end trying to get someone to help me. This company made promises and I am trying to make them

keep them. I truly need help with this, we are losing sleep, and no one in this house is happy. If you need further information,or photos of this mess, please contact me.
