Inferior product

I bought a DVD/VCR recorder combo in 2006. It quit working about a month before the warranty was up. I contacted RCA and they sent me a new unit. I have only had it 6 months, and it has had very little use. It quit working and the company refuses to honor the warranty. They replaced one inferior product with another. I paid over 200.00 for the original. I emailed Wal-Mart (where I bought the original)and asked them to quit selling RCA products.
