pcpartsohio.com sent me a used drive with porn in it

I recently ordered a DVDROM drive from pcpartsohio.com which on the order screen does not specify used or refurbished or recertified, and had it delivered to a client location for installation.

The first problem we ran into was they included our purchase price in the box, but as we did not specify they not do this I was not too upset.

However, after installing the drive we found a DVD labeled "Pam and Paris", which we removed and took back to the office for analysis. It was a DVD of hardcore pornography. I attempted to call the office to complain about this and the person I was transferred to, "Gary", hung up on me.

This is completely unacceptable and I will not do business with this company again. I have since called again and demanded to speak to a manager, they took down my name and number but have not called me back.

I too have spoken with Gary... lots... too many times. Only because he still has my laptop. I bought it 20 weeks ago and he has had it for more than 11 of those weeks. He always promises to send it tomorrow. Very polite though. Stay away from these guys!
