Total Price: $.00 -free with a trial of a product, when the transaction completed and I excepted the trial offer McAfee VirusScan did not provide the product promised.

When I tried to stop the process the comapny McAfee VirusScan said they could not do anything about the third party- when I called the product company TriClear they ssid there was not anything they could do about it.

When I called my bank ( xxxxxxxxxxx Bank) they said there was nothing they could do about it unless the company sent a fax stating they were not going to use the money.

A.) mcafee did not provide the promised product and said tuff luck about the trial and to call the trial company(triclear)

B.) Triclear said tuff luck I agreed to the TOS and they would not stop the order.

C.) Liberty Bank said tuff luck I had no power over my money in my bank concerning this issue.

My complaint is that mcafee did not provide the initial Term Of Service they promised and that I agreed to and the triclear company nor mcafee will take responsibility to canceling the order.

xxxxxxxx bank may or may not alow the money to be taken.

triclear switched identity with mcafee who was the person I was doing business with. Now I am in a issue with another company I know not.

I had signed up for triclear's free trial but when they confirmed my order they then sent the info stating one they charged 13.95 to my card and two that in 14 days if i don't cancel they will charge 99.95 to my card. I called to cancel first thing in the morning and they rep sounded like he didn't care and basically was like ok whatever, yea, ok, canceled. I hope they don't try to charge me again for some other reason.
