Fedex making customers suffer

the order 948104906802 . which I made last month (pasted at the bottom) was

not delivered to me by the Fedex licensee and instead brought me some papers

saying that the shipment got detained by the airport customs. However they

did not give me a proper explanation and said that either I have to go to

the airport customs and clear it by my self or by paying them an additional

handling fee they could do it for me. I decided to go by myself as I felt

something fishy about the whole affair as I ordered the same thing, actually

a little more than this in January ( Air Way Bill 948104863081) and they

delivered it to my door step.

So I went to the Air Port with a taxi with so much difficulty due to the

prevailing security situation in the country and also as this was the first

time I'm doing something like this. I even had a difficulty of finding the

Air Cargo clearing office. After spending nearly the entire day there, I was

somehow able clear the things after hiring a clearing agent who mentioned he

has no idea why Fedex did not deliver it to my home in the first place as

there was no reason to detain such things.
