Verizon One Bill fraud

Verizon Wirelss Verizon Wireless 20 Alexander Drive Wallingford, CT 06492 US www.verizonwireless.com Dating back to last fall, I was told that Verizon Wireless customers who have FiOS triple play can get a $10 credit off their bill each month by signing up for the One Bill service. I was told this by 2 sales reps in Natick, MA and this was confirmed for me repeatedly by Verizon Wireless phone reps. Yesterday, I received my first bundled bill and called cuastomer service after seeing there was no credit applied. The FiOS customer service rep told me that she was aware of many calls coming in with this same issue. She apologized and said it must have been a training issue. I was then routed to the One Bill department, and they were unable to help me. I called Verizon Wireless directly and was given the runaround that they are so adept at. They denied any knowledge of this program, said they didn't see any mention of this in my call logs (though I called and asked about on 2 or 3 occasions), and put me on hold - once until I was disconnected, and another time when I hung up after about 5 minutes. Today, the rep I spoke said there was no such program and as we were speaking on the phone I read a news release I had read about this from Google and all of a sudden she was able to recollect a $5 promotion that at one time existed (after insisting there was no such thing). She said there was no way they could help because they're separate companies and she insisted on transfering my call to One Bill. I asked to speak to her supervisor so I could get and answer and log my complaint and she refused initially, saying that she could send me to that group but doesn't know who would take the call. I finally asked her directly who the person is that she reports to and left a voice mail for Kim Blake in Rochester, NY. I am waiting to hear back and doubtful I will. Bottom line: I spend over $300 per month on my wireless phone and FiOS bundle. If I was promised a $10 credit, I should received it. If there was an honest "training mistake" as I was told by an apologetic insider at FiOS, then I could accept it. But being given a deliberate runaround makes me want to fight for the $10 out of principle.
